The reality of Bankruptcy Fraud is that those individuals out there who SUSPECT fraud when a person/business is filing Bankruptcy need to contact the trustee assigned to the case and the DOJ.

99% of all criminal cases are prosecuted because SOMEONE out there gave the tip or evidence to make it worthy of an investigation.

The goverment never does ANYTHING about criminal behavior unless they have a solid lead to it. Why waste time and valuable resources.

"In order to control your expenses and reduce your debt, you should first make a list of everything your money goes towards each month." This is a great place to start reducing expenses. First you need to know what exactly you are spending money on.

Very interesting post. Reiterating the the 'self-fulfilling prophecy' case. Media has a big part to play in causing the depth of our latest recession due to their chronic exaggeration. I agree with you on that one.

We should be wary of debt consolidation because There is a significant risk in doing that and it can even makes the situation worst. This is why one must be careful when considering Debt Consolidation Loans.

Credit card debt is like having nightmares. A successful credit card debt settlement is getting a new lease of life.
Credit card debt settlement does wonders to relieving your stress. Once you are done with your credit card debt settlement,
you are on track to having a much better life.

I think most people are not looking for a handout like the large banks did. We just want a helping hand. With a modifcation the banks make more money in the long term.I have been working with Chase for a modication for over two years and till do not have one. I am not backwards on my home. I owe less then the house is worth. So check out http://chasehomefinancesucks.com. Because Chase sucks. Also I have a signed contract from Chase that states if I make three payments they will give me a full modication. Made the payment but did not get the full modification. See Chase sucks.

To maximize the amount of money your debt is reduced by and to lessen the risk of a scam, don't just choose any debt settlement company; choose on that belongs to a relief network. The individuals in charge of these networks do not let anyone in; all companies must undergo testing that determines their performance, record of accomplishment, and quality of serviced provided.

I am not sure if getting more debt to get out of debt is such a good idea.

On the surface it looks like a sound idea - get more credit to put money into your home. I think a better use of that credit would be to either consolidate your debts with a low interest credit line or use the line of credit to settle your debt.

It seems everyone is now concerned about debt. After years of free spending in a good economy the reality of debt has sunk in.Stay away from credit cards. This is the easiest way to get into debt.Live below your means. There is no better way to guarantee no debt than to live below your means.Recognize the value of money. You work hard to make money so you need to work just as hard to keep it.Stick to a budget. A budget is a spending plan. If you don’t have a budget it is easy for spending to get out of control.Make saving money a priority. You should be saving money from every paycheckLearn to distinguish between wants and needs. Thanks a lot blogger for such a nice post about avoid debt .

Thank u
