We just want a helping hand. With a modifcation the banks make more money in the long term.I have been working with Chase for a modication for over two years and till do not have one. Also I have a signed contract from Chase that states if I make three payments they will give me a full modication. Made the payment but did not get the full modification. See Chase sucks.
